Zelda Hotaling will lead us in this wonderful guided meditation where we will meet our totem or power animal and our spirit guide. Many of us have several totem animals and spirit guides who wish to work with us and these can change as we evolve. Come meet those guides and/or animals that wish to work with you!

We will also discuss how we often travel in dream time to work with our guides. During the second half of the class we will discuss several techniques on how to better work with them and their healing medicine.

Lastly, Zelda will share some of her methods in how to use your drums and/or rattles to enhance your own healing practice. For those of you who already own any kind of drum and/or rattles you are welcome to bring these for our practice. Zelda will also have several to share with you.
